Trabucco Zerán

Alia Trabucco Zerán was born in Chile in 1983. She received a Fulbright Scholarship for her MFA in Creative Writing at New York University and a PhD in Spanish and Latin American Studies at University College London.
Her debut novel La Resta (The Remainder) won the Chilean Arts Council’s Best Unpublished Literary Work Award in 2014 and was selected by El País as one of the ten best debuts of 2015.
Alia Trabucco Zerán came to Berlin for a month in 2017 at the invitation of the Arts & Media program.
