Born in 1955 in Meliana, Valencia (Spain), lives in Berlin and Valencia; sound artist and composer.

Study of music (composition at Valencia Conservatorio under Amando Blanquer (1974–85) and at the L’École Normale de Musique in Paris with Yoshihisa Taïra (1986–88); Composition course under Luciano Berio (1983 in Aix-en-Provence) and Iannis Xenakis (1985 in Salzburg and Delphi); work at the Phonos School (Barcelona, 1984), at CEMAMU (Centré de Mathématique et Automatique Musicales) in Paris (1987) as well as 1988 and 1992 at L’ADAC-GRM (Groupe de Recherche Musicale de Radio France). 1986–88 further studies at the L’École Normale de Musique in Paris; 1988–90 resident in Rome (as winner of the Rome prize). 1985–86 Teaching (composition) at the academy of music of Zaragoza (harmony and morphology, composition).
