Osías Yanov at the 11th Berlin Biennale for Contemporary Art
With works by Osías Yanov
An exhibition featuring works by Osías Yanov, a current visual arts fellow of the DAAD Artists-in-Berlin Program, opened on February 21 at the 11th Berlin Biennial for Contemporary Art project space at ExRotaprint in Berlin-Wedding. Titled “exp. 3: Affect Archives. Sinthujan Varatharajah – Osías Yanov”, the presentation is currently not open to the public but an artist talk with Osías Yanov and two curators of the 11th Berlin Biennial from March 6 is available online.
Osías Yanov is also taking over the 11th Berlin Biennial’s Instagram account. Under the title “Jornadas de Sal entre Cucharas” [Days of Salt, Between Spoons], he will open up his archives for a seven-day period and, quoting from essays, offer insights into his work and his previous explorations and experiences in Berlin.
This year the DAAD Artists-in-Berlin Program is a collaborative partner of the Berlin Biennial for Contemporary Art.
